Currently, energy efficiency testing and performance testing of refrigerators according to international standards requires weeks and months of continuous measurement of data collection with a minimum sampling frequency of 1 minute. Therefore, the amount of data collected is very large and it is difficult to analyze the experimental parameters. Therefore, analyzing and processing calculation formulas by manual calculation methods such as Microsoft Excel for measured parameters is very difficult and take a long time, but the final result is still not accurate. Base on this practical requirement, Netlab company developed testing analysis software called RTA app for household refrigerators and commercial refrigerators, which was successfully distributed to many refrigerator testing laboratories and manufactures refrigerators worldwide.
The RTA app software is built in compliance with IEC 62552-1-2-3:2015 standards, and more versions can be developed to meet other countries' standards based on this international standard (For example TCVN 7828:2016 & TCVN 7829:2016 and TCVN 11917-1,2,3:2017).
The software integrates energy efficiency testing and performance testing for household refrigerators, commercial coolers, commercial freezers, supermarket display cabinets, and more. The stability evaluation criteria, the formulas according to the testing standards have been integrated into the RTA app software. Users can evaluate and analyze measured data by graphical user interface to calculate the final results.
The main functions of the RTA app software are as follows:
- Graph the temperature of the compartments, power, voltage, ambient temperature / humidity .... The user can display the measured value of each specification over time by manipulating the graph.
- Automatically calculate the power, temperature of the compartments to reach the stability criteria according to case SS1.
- Automatically calculate the power, temperature of the compartments to reach the stability criteria according to case SS2.
- Calculation defrost and recovery energy, temperature change.
- Calculation energy comsumption of specified auxiliaries.
- Calculation load of processing efficiency.
- Calculation Annual energy consumption, interpolation function, export test report.
